What do I do when I need more information about a product? 
Each product-specific page contains basic information about the product.  Every so often however, you may have more questions about that product.  If that happens, drop us a line at  info@TheMangoStudio.com .  We work with suppliers globally, so sometimes you may experience a short delay, should we need to contact one of them for answers.  We will however, always provide you with an update within 24 hours.

What is the process after I place my order? 
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.  The order is then processed through our distribution center and it is then on its way to you.  All orders usually ship within 2-3 days from receipt.

How long does it take to receive my order? 
As a guideline, it takes two weeks or less.  In the US, UPS delivery schedules determine exact times and in Canada, Canada Post delivery determines timing.  All orders are tracked and tracking information can be retrieved.  Contact us for assistance as needed.

Do you ship outside of the US/Canada? 
We do on a case by case basis, as S&H charges vary greatly.  Please contact us at info@TheMangoStudio.com for more information.

What is your return policy? 
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.  The refund will be issued within 60 days of receipt of the goods.  Shipping and handling costs are not refunded.

What do I do if I'm not completely satisfied with a product? 
Our first goal is to meet your needs.  We value our customers and pride ourselves on treating everyone fairly and respectfully.   If a product needs to be replaced due to a defect, please notify us and we will promptly address the issue.  After full consideration, if the best decision is for you to receive an alternate item or credit towards another purchase, we can make that available to you.

What do I do if a particular product is out of stock?
This usually happens when the demand for a product is greater than its supply, but there can also be other circumstances.  If you'd like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please drop us a line and we will stay on top of this for you.  The wait time is not usually more than a few days.

How is tax calculated? 
Tax is calculated based on final destination of the product, also known as the shipping destination.  We are a company based out of Ontario, Canada, and as such are governed by the respective tax laws.  All final destination provinces are charged applicable GST/HST and Ontario destinations are also charged PST.  US destinations are not charged tax.

Is tax charged on shipping and handling? 
Yes, depending on shipping destination as outlined above.

Do you have giftwrapping or gift messaging services? 
Not at this time.
